One of the cards contain 45 Less Anxiety Affirmation Cards and the other contains 52 Empowering Questions Cards. I noticed the anxiety cards work well as coping statements while the empowering questions work as good journal prompts.

They started to tell me this week they began to notice the hardening of the slime. It's harder to pull apart and is not as squishy anymore! Such a bummer since I had such high hopes for this. I'm pretty surprised it only lasted as long as it did.

Unfortunately, I did buy the $15 dollar pack when I was under the impression it was a high quality product. I'm currently debating if I should send it back or not. I will keep the link on my throne storefront just in case anyone wants to still check it out for themselves.
